Dawn Beitzel

Dawn Beitzel joins Manno & Associates after serving as Deputy Director of the Maryland Rural Development Corporation, managing a large portfolio of 29 rural municipality clients, including personally managing some $100M is successfully awarded competitive grants and low interest loans.
Dawn's current portfolio also includes providing essential rural services and programming including rural economic development, rural infrastructure, grant writing and management, project management, planning, zoning, code enforcement, and a wide range of technical consulting and government relations services.
Dawn's civic and community activities are extensive, including service on Friends of Deep Creek Lake, the Garrett College Career Pathways committee, the Garrett County Shale Advisory Committee, as a founding board member of Engage Mountain Maryland and the Women's Association of Mountain Maryland, and as a business mentor for the Power of Possibilities campaign through Garrett College.
