It is widely know that passing meaningful legislation is the most difficult thing to achieve in Annapolis and across the state's many counties.  Over the past several years, Manno & Associates LLC has served as the point lobbying firm responsible for the architecture, legislative and political strategy, and overall passage of a range of legislation and regulations, including sweeping industrial trade and construction reforms impacting the firm's clients.
