As a former member of the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, and Chair of the Spending Affordability Committee, Roger Manno has been instrumental in securing capital and operating budget funding for our clients across a range of legislative vehicles, including the Governor's Supplemental Budget, both the Senate and House Capital Budget bills, as well as departmental discretionary funding. Here are a few examples of our success:

Reservoir Replacement

In 2022, Manno & Associates LLC was instrumental in securing Supplemental Budget funding to replace the failing reservoir serving the more than 3000 residents of the Town of Boonsboro.

Rural Development Funding

On behalf of the Maryland Rural Development Corporation, Manno & Associates LLC secured necessary operational funds to assist 25 rural Maryland towns throughout 10 rural counties.

Chase Six - Campus Avenue Realignment and Intersection

Manno & Associates LLC was successful in securing necessary capital funding for this critical infrastructure improvement in Washington County.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADES

In the 2022 legislative session, Manno & Associates LLC was successful in securing funding for necessary wastewater treatment upgrades for a rural municipality.
